My name is María Lozano, and I’m a professional photographer with over 7 years of experience, specializing in minimalist portraiture and event coverage. I studied photography at university, and before that, I earned a degree in interior design — a background that still influences how I see light, space, and composition. My style has been shaped just as much by life — by how I see, feel, and simplify the world.

Why minimalist photography?

Because I believe essence is everything. In a glance free of distractions, in a clean composition, in the quiet of an image that says everything without saying too much.

Minimalism is more than an aesthetic for me — it’s a way of life. I live this way. Light on things, full of intention. And that’s what I aim to capture in every photo: the essential emotion, moment, or story.
